my hero. guitar hero, that is! (truth is, he really is my hero in so many ways and he is such a good hubby and daddy but i'm trying to keep the heave factor low here.) this is cj rockin out to guitar hero on father's day after a big yummy steak dinner. we missed my dad (another hero of mine,) who had apparently cooked his own steak dinner in england. my mom and sister are here for a visit and we all missed mv on his lonely father's day. our ward did the cutest project for father's day: pies and ties. the primary kids decorated old ties with pom-poms, pennies, stickers and fabric paint. they wrapped them and enclosed a little poem and gave one to each man in our ward with instructions to wear them on sunday. it was so cute to see all the men of the ward proudly wearing the funny ties. after church each man recieved a homemade chocolate pie. it was an adorable tribute to all our favorite dads!
