fathers and sons campout was last weekend. mj was the only lucky girl there. mady had the time of her life on a real campout with her dad. (the tent in the living room, while fun, is hot as hades.) i hope we will campout as a family soon. i did get the tent and the camping gear for mother's day. a little known fact about me: i'm a little bit hardcore when it comes to camping. while i may seem all girl, i love camping, hiking and the outdoors. i can start a fire by rubbing sticks like only the best eagle scouts can. but that's another story. mj had so much fun with all her cousins and friends. she keeps asking me when next year is. "is tommorrow next year?" no mady, why? "because next year is fathers and sons."

That is so cute she went to the fathers and sons and can't wait to go back!! In a few years I can send them all and sit back at home and eat bon bons all night!
I would have never guessed that about you! How neat you will have to teach me some of your tricks! I have no camping skills thanks to my mom who called it camping when we would drive to the mountains, go fishing and then stay in the Marriott.
