ooh so cute!!! you can tell she is SOOO happy to be walking! even barefoot in the grass. her poor little arm doesn't seem to hinder her walking ability!

Her outfit is to die for! I love her little feet poking out of her flared/ruffly pants working so hard to walk! What a darling peanut!!
